Web edit for Transport SA
 The
job of Transport SA is to provide South Australia with a safe,
effective and environmentally responsible transport system
on road, rail, on water and in the air. Users of their web
site seek a broad range of information and on-line services
from registering motor vehicles to downloading marine safety
information.
As part of a redesign and update of the TSA web site we were
commissioned to provide a comprehensive web editing service
for their 600 pages of content.
Our brief was to apply a user-centred approach to assist
clients find quickly, engage with and understand the information
they require.

- writing a style manual to set standards for all material
submitted
- preparing comprehensive site maps
- reorganising the way information was located within the
structure
- rewriting content as clean and clear text.
